Do I need a referral to see a Physiotherapist?
No, a referral is not necessary to have for you to see a physiotherapist, unless you are going through WorkCover or Third Party.
Do you have HICAPS facilities?
Yes, you are able to claim a rebate from your health fund on the spot via HICAPS if you have your health fund card on you and are covered for extras.
The convenient alternative is to download the app HICAPS GO and register prior to your consultation. It will automatically calculate your rebate and the gap fee and you will not have to worry about bring your private health fund card or debit/credit card as the transactions are all done through the app.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, EFTPOS and Visa/Mastercard. We do not accept American Express, Diners or personal cheques.
Do you treat WorkCover and TAC patients?
Yes, we treat WorkCover and TAC patients provided that you have a referral from your GP and your insurer has accepted liability (if applicable).
Do you accept Enhanced Primary Care plans from my GP?
Yes, we accept EPC plans if you have a referral from your GP requesting Physiotherapy treatments. No gap payment is required.
How about DVA?
We treat all DVA claims if you have a referral from your GP. Gold card members are eligible for treatment for any injury, whereas white card members are eligible for treatment to a specific injury they acquired through their work in the defence force. No gap payment is required.
Is there parking?
Street parking is available along Holmes St and surrounding streets. There are sufficient spaces available with some unrestricted areas.
